SCDocX ("we", "our") operates scdocx.com, an online marketplace for digital teaching resources (worksheets, lesson plans, exams and similar files) and online exam-practice services. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent).
Sellers retain copyright in their materials and grant buyers the license above. Sellers warrant that they own or are licensed to sell the content they upload. Platform fees are deducted from the seller's side; buyers pay exactly the listed price.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. PromptPay, and/or an international Merchant of Record for card & PayPal payments). We never store your card details. Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise; international payments may be charged in another currency at the checkout rate shown.
Wallet balance and promotional/gift credit can only be used to purchase on this website, have no cash value outside the platform, and promotional credit may carry additional conditions shown at issue.
No unlawful use, scraping, attempts to bypass access control or payment, uploading content you have no right to sell, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

ประมวลผลโดยผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (เช่น PromptPay และ/หรือผู้ให้บริการบัตรระหว่างประเทศ) เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรของคุณ ราคาแสดงเป็นบาทไทย การชำระจากต่างประเทศอาจถูกเรียกเก็บเป็นสกุลอื่นตามอัตราที่แสดง ณ หน้าชำระเงิน
ยอดกระเป๋าเงินและเครดิตของขวัญใช้ซื้อบนเว็บไซต์นี้เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสด และเครดิตโปรโมชันอาจมีเงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติมตามที่แจ้ง
