Try before you buy
Most paid exam sets offer a free trial of the first questions, and many resources include
previews — please use these before purchasing digital goods.
When we refund
- The file is corrupt, incomplete, or materially different from its description, and we
cannot fix or replace it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same order, or charged without receiving access.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase via the contact below, with your order reference.
When we can't refund
- Digital files that have been downloaded, or exam access that has been
substantially used, where the product works as described ("changed my mind" cases).
- Wallet top-ups already spent, and promotional/bonus credit (no cash value).
How it works
Email us with your order reference — we reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back
to the original payment method. Card/PayPal payments processed by our international payment
partner (Merchant of Record) are refunded through that partner and may take 5–10 business days
to appear.

กรณีที่คืนเงิน
- ไฟล์เสีย ไม่ครบ หรือไม่ตรงกับคำอธิบายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ และเราแก้ไข/ส่งไฟล์ทดแทนให้ไม่ได้ในเวลาอันสมควร
- ถูกเรียกเก็บซ้ำในออเดอร์เดียวกัน หรือจ่ายแล้วไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์
- แจ้งภายใน 14 วันหลังซื้อ พร้อมเลขที่ออเดอร์ ผ่านช่องทางติดต่อด้านล่าง
กรณีที่ไม่สามารถคืนเงิน
- ไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลดแล้ว หรือสิทธิ์ข้อสอบที่ใช้งานไปมากแล้ว โดยที่สินค้าทำงานตรงตามคำอธิบาย (กรณีเปลี่ยนใจ)
- ยอดเติมกระเป๋าที่ใช้ไปแล้ว และเครดิตโบนัส/ของขวัญ (ไม่มีมูลค่าเงินสด)
ขั้นตอน
อีเมลแจ้งพร้อมเลขออเดอร์ — ตอบกลับภายใน 2 วันทำการ เงินคืนกลับช่องทางเดิมที่ชำระ
กรณีบัตร/PayPal ผ่านพาร์ตเนอร์ต่างประเทศ อาจใช้เวลา 5–10 วันทำการ
