To deliver purchases and exam access, process payments, show your progress and rankings, improve the service, prevent fraud, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
Card and PayPal payments are handled by third-party payment providers / Merchant of Record. Your card details go directly to them and never touch our servers. Their privacy policies apply to the payment step.
We use session cookies for login and cart, and browser storage for preferences (language, currency, recently viewed). You can clear these in your browser at any time.
Only with: payment providers (to process payments), hosting/infrastructure providers, and authorities where required by law. Sellers see order information needed to fulfil sales, never your payment details.
We keep data while your account is active or as required for accounting/legal purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
When a teacher scans answer sheets with the camera feature, the photo is processed entirely on the teacher's device and is never uploaded to our servers. We store only the student number written on the sheet, the answers read, and the resulting score, under the teacher's account. The teacher/school is the data controller for that classroom data; we act as processor. Teachers can delete any result or a whole set at any time; deleting an exam set deletes its scan results.
